As Project Engineer, you will be a key part of project delivery and can expect exposure to a wide range of projects and technology in the marine environment. We will encourage you to innovate and explore your own particular skillset whilst also providing the training and structure to develop your technical capabilities. Your responsibilities:
- You will be involved in project delivery, commonly applying learning and knowledge to tackle technical challenges.
- You will produce technical documentation for our customers, including 2 and 3d CAD, calculations, simulations (structural, hydrodynamic and hydrostatics).
- As a small organisation your input will be crucial in the running of the business with opportunity to develop specific responsibilities based on your strengths.
- You will be responsible for always maintaining a consistently high level of quality of output, as such a strong appreciation and demonstration of quality is required.
- We encourage participation in our offshore projects, this could be as offshore engineering support or supervisory roles
Your profile:
- We are looking for a highly capable individual with a background in either offshore renewables or offshore oil and gas.
- For this role degree level education is required, a minimum of BEng in an engineering discipline in required, naval architecture or marine engineering would be preferred.
- A capability to demonstrate application of technical knowledge is very important.
